Obituary of Geraldine H. Trebotica

Geraldine H. Trebotica, 78, of Freehold Township died Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Trebotica was born in New York City. She was an accountant at the Meadowland Race Track from 1976 until her retirement in 1997. Prior to that she was employed at Freehold Raceway. Mrs. Trebotica was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold where she served as a Eucharistic minister and member of the Rosary Altar Society. Her husband, George John Trebotica, died in 1988. She was also predeceased by her parents, Francis and Sadie Malloy, a brother, Francis Malloy; a sister, Eileen Small, a grandson, Bobby Boudon, and a son-in-law, Kevin Patten. Surviving are four sons, Peter F. Trebotica and his wife Barbara, Bordentown, George J. Trebotica and his wife Liz, William P. Trebotica and his wife Shirley, and Francis Trebotica and his wife Marybeth, all of Freehold; five daughters, Barbara LaForge and her husband William, Freehold, Jerrianne Obrochta and her husband Joe, Jackson Township, and Christine Coley and her husband Randy, Lori Ann Boudon and her husband Bo, and Ann Marie Patten, all of Freehold; a sister, Margaret Trilby; 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; and a great great grandson. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at the parish cemetery, In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Rose of Lima Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold, NJ 07728 would be appreciated.
