Obituary of Evelyn Riggs

Evelyn Riggs, 93, of Freehold died Monday, October 4, 2010 at CareOne at Jackson, Jackson Township. Mrs. Riggs was born in Englishtown and had resided there before moving to Freehold. She was a former employee of the Washington Forge Company, Englishtown. Surviving are three daughters, Joan Newsome, Nancy Resnick, and Sharon Kaminsky; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent. Visiting will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
