Obituary of Euridike Theocharides

Euridike “Vickie” Theocharides, 52 of Colts Neck Township died Monday, November 1, 2010 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. Born in Rahway, she lived there and in Elkhart, Indiana prior to moving to Colts Neck ten years ago. Mrs. Theocharides was a registered nurse for Beginnings, Ocean Township, for the past year. Prior to that, she was a registered nurse for New Beginnings, Colts Neck, for ten years. She was a member of Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center, Sayreville. Surviving are her husband, Dr. Thomas Theocharides; a daughter, Valassia Antigone “Noni” Theocharides; her mother, Antigone Spanellis Ganifas; and her sister, Julie Simon and her husband, Michael J. Simon; all of Colts Neck. Relatives and friends may call at the Faith Fellowship Ministries World Outreach Center, 100 Chevalier Avenue, Sayreville on Thursday, November 4, 2010 from 10:00 to 10:30 AM. Services will begin at 10:30 AM. Entombment will follow at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel.
