Obituary of Evelyne Hartmann

Evelyne Hartmann, 90, of Edison died Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Meridian Rehabilitation Center, Wall Township. Mrs. Hartmann was born in Vallorbe, Switzerland. She was the widow of Lt Colonel Sidney Hartmann who died on May 26, 1996. She was also predeceased by their daughter, Jocelyne Hartmann Marshall. Surviving are two grandchildren, Jennifer and Daniel; and four great grandchildren, Jordan, Grace, Andrew, and Noah; and sister, Lillian. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold followed by interment at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Jewish Family Services of Central Jersey, Attn: Hartmann Family Fund, 655 Westfield Ave., Elizabeth, NJ 07208 would be appreciated.
