Obituary of Mary Lamb Kennedy

Mary Lamb Kennedy, 81, of Freehold died Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at home. She was born in the Sweetman’s Lane area of Manalapan Township. She was a telephone operator for over 40 years for ATT, New Jersey Bell Telephone Company and Verizon, Freehold before her retirement. She was a graduate of St. Rose of Lima School, Freehold and attended Freehold High School. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Freehold. Surviving are her husband, Colin T. Lancaster; three sons, Wayne, Kevin, and Kim Lancaster; a daughter, Sharon Roberts; two brothers, Jake and Leo Lamb; ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
