Obituary of Bernhard L. Wolf

Bernhard L. Wolf, 74, of Manalapan Township died Sunday, February 13, 2010 at home. Mr. Wolf was born in New York City. He was an electrical engineer for CBS, New York City before his retirement 11 years ago. Prior to that he was an electrical engineer for WOR, New York City. Mr. Wolf was a volunteer at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He enjoyed flying and held a private pilot’s license. His wife, Christa C. Wolf, died in 1987. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Marcus and Susan Wolf; a sister, Caroline Ritz, Massachusetts; and three grandchildren, Marcus, Christa, and Robert. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. A service will be held during the visiting hours at 5:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to CentraState Medical Center would be appreciated.
