Obituary of Eleanor J. Rosenthal

Eleanor J. Rosenthal, 81, of Freehold Township died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Applewood Estates Healthcare Center, Freehold Township. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she lived in Fairfield, Connecticut prior to moving to Freehold Township five years ago. Mrs. Rosenthal was a self employed Graphic Designer. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Freehold Township. Her husband, Walter Rosenthal died in 2002. Surviving are a son, Walter Rosenthal and his wife Sharon, Morganville; two grandchildren, Justin and Colby Rosenthal; a sister-in-law, Patricia Butzko, Fairfield, Connecticut; and a brother-in-law, Robert Butterfield, Pittsford, New York; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, on Sunday, March 13, 2011 from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 9:30 A.M. at Hope Lutheran Church, 211 Elton Adelphia Road, Freehold Township. Interment will follow at Mountain Grove Cemetery, 2675 North Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
