Obituary of June D. Hutchison

June D. Hutchison, 87, of Tinton Falls died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Seabrook Village Renaissance Gardens, Tinton Falls. Mrs. Hutchison had resided in Mendam before moving to Tinton Falls in 2003. She was a former member of the Morristown Presbyterian Church, Morristown. Mrs. Hutchison was a generous donor to many charitable causes. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross. During her husband’s career the family lived in Istanbul, Turkey, Milan, Italy, Paris, France, Sydney, Australia, and Singapore before returning to New Jersey. She was predeceased by her husband of 38 years, James Robert Hutchison, in 1982. A son-in-law, Douglas V. Jones, died last month. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, James Robert, Jr. and Jennifer Hutchison; two daughters and a son-in-law, Laurie H. Jones and Barbara H. and Robert Serafin; and nine grandchildren, James Robert, III and his wife Amanda, Natalie, Chad, Andrew, Jaclyn, Alison, Ryan, Noelle, and Troy. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Restland Memorial Park Chapel, East Hanover on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with Rev. Scott D. Brown, Pastor of the Colts Neck Reformed Church, officiating. Memorial donations to the Monmouth County SPCA, PO Box 93, Eatontown, NJ 07724 would be appreciated.
