Obituary of Gerald J. LaRocque

Gerald J. LaRocque, Jr., 55, of Farmingdale, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. He was born in Perth Amboy. Mr. LaRocque was a tire mechanic, and a member of Operating Engineers Local No. 825, Springfield. He was a communicant of St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Farmingdale. He was predeceased by his mother, Charlene Steele LaRocque, and his sister, Leslie LaRocque. Surviving are his wife, Darlene Birchall LaRocque; his father, Gerald LaRocque, Sr., Toms River; a son, Joseph LaRocque, Freehold; two brothers, Thomas LaRocque, Woodbridge, and Brian LaRocque, Colonia; and two sisters, Linda Abourashed, Piscataway, and Patty Ann LaRocque, Nashville, Tennessee. Funeral Services will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
