Dear Judy and Family: I shall long remember Bill as one of my favorite Navy buddies from Key West. Bill moved to New Jersey and found satisfaction with the trotters and pacers. May he rest in peace. Larry Galcher

Dear Judy Lynn and family. I am deeply saddened over the lose of such a kind man.My friend may of been the greatest listener in the world. Many times he had no answers to comfort me but I always walked away from him with a gentle peace in my heart. My hope is that he had this very same affect with his family. As is with most sponsor/sponcee he was larger than life but his humility was always in check. It will be hard to find another like him. Bill was always well received in the rooms and in the horse world. He left me a better person. I know because of my own lose these upcoming days will be hard but as a family unit one day at a time means never alone. I am sorry that I will miss the service because I have a prior commitment to speak at a meeting that Saturday. I'm sure Bill will understand and insist that I go. I have a grave marker and flag for his crave

RIP Mr Bill, you've made horse racing history with your work here on earth. Give Valley Victoria a carrot and tell Vernon we say hello !
