Obituary of Robert V. Coulson

Robert V. Coulson, 55, of Jackson Township died suddenly on August 23, 2016 at home. He was born in White Plains, N.Y. and was raised in Manalapan Township. He resided in Jackson for the past 22 years. He was the owner and operator of Burke’s Pump Service, Tennent. He was predeceased by his father, Robert W. Coulson, a sister, Patricia Coulson, and a brother in law, Charlie Mittermaier. Surviving are his wife, Maria Smith Coulson; two sons, Robert V. Coulson, Jr. and Daniel Cary Coulson; his mother, Lydia Fasano Coulson; his sisters Karen Lee and husband Richard, Carol Frusciano and husband Bob, and Lydia Mittermaier; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
