Obituary of Jacob Scheinhartz

Jacob Scheinhartz, 89, of Manalapan Township passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at home. Born in New York City, New York, he lived in Queens prior to moving to Manalapan Township 47 years ago. Mr. Scheinhartz was a millenary and owner of Sharon Lynn Bridals, New York City. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Scheinhartz was a member of the Marlboro Jewish Center. Surviving are his wife, Shirley Cook Scheinhartz; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon Lynn and Michael Stein, Sherman Oaks, California; two sons, Robert Scheinhartz, Lone Tree, Colorado and Richard Scheinhartz, Manalapan Township; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Sybil Scheinhartz, Middletown; and two grandchildren, Devin and Sabrina Stein. Graveside services were held at Beth Israel Memorial Park. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold was in charge of arrangements.
