Obituary of Kathleen M. Gresco

Kathleen M. Gresco, of Manalapan died Monday, March 2, 2009. Born March 5, 1964, Kathleen resided in Stapleton until 1969 when her family moved to New Brunswick finally settling in Hazlet in 1972. Kathy graduated from Raritan High School and Brookldale Community College with an associates degree in education and received her bachelor degree from William Patterson College. Upon graduation, Kathleen taught at Holy Family School in Union Beach for 10 years. Kathy was married in 1994 to John Gresco of Clark and resided in Old Bridge until moving to present address in Manalapan. Kathy's first love was her husband, John, and four children, Patricia, Emily, Thomas and Mary Kate Gresco. Most of her spare time was spent at the swim club and ballfield. Kathleen is the beloved daughter of Betty and William Hunt and dear sister of William and Timothy Hunt and Susan Murphy. She is the fond sister-in-law of Laura Hunt, Chip Murphy, Catherine Hunt and Lisa Anne Fitzgerald. Kathy is the cherished niece of Sr. Anne Marie Falloon and Sr. Barbara Jane Falloon, Margaret, Patricia and Roger Falloon and the late William Jr., Margaret and Joan Falloon , Catherine Coletto and Margaret Aurigemma. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center St., Freehold. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009 at St. Gabriel's Church, Marlboro. Burial will be in St. Gabriel's Cemetery, Marlboro. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the "Gresco Children's Fund 2009", 42 Ethelbert Place, Ridgewood NJ 07450, would be appreciated.
